Your journey on the portal
Six steps, all online. You see prices, check availability and place a booking without a single phone call. Only signature experiences for groups are arranged on request.

Create your agency account
Sign-up is free and takes a few minutes: company details, VAT number and a confirmation code sent to your email. Our team then verifies every new agency so that trade rates stay between professionals. Once approved, you sign in and the whole catalogue opens up with net pricing.

Browse packages and destinations
Filter the catalogue by destination, travel dates and features, or show only instant-booking trips or signature experiences. Every package page carries the day-by-day itinerary, what is and is not included, optional services, group size and the payment schedule. Destination pages add airports, best season and signature experiences.

Check price and availability
Prices are net B2B rates per person and update live with the departure date and group size you pick. Packages backed by our own hotel allotments show an availability calendar, so you see which dates are open before you book. Sold-out departures are marked as such.

Brand it and resell
From any package page, generate a client-ready PDF with your own selling price on it. You can hide the payment schedule. Our net rates never appear on anything your client sees. Every PDF you generate is kept under My documents, private to your account, to download again whenever you need it.

Book online
Enter the travel dates, the main passenger and the number of adults, children and infants. Every booking needs at least two travellers, and some packages do not take children. Pick any optional services and add notes for our team. The total updates as you go. Submit, and the booking appears in your account straight away.

Follow the booking to the voucher
Each booking has its own step-by-step page. Once our team confirms it, three steps open for you, in any order: pay the instalments by payment link or against a proforma invoice, fill in the traveller details (names, dates of birth, passport numbers, allergies) and add the arrival and departure flights or trains. When they are done, we issue the voucher as a PDF. In My account you can search your bookings by customer name or arrival date.

Instant booking
Confirmed in secondsBacked by our own hotel allotments. Pick an open date on the calendar and book on the spot. The confirmation is immediate and the booking goes straight to Confirmed.
On request
Answer within 24hSend the dates and group size. Our operations team checks every hotel and supplier on the itinerary and comes back within 24 hours with a quotation. You commit to nothing until the trip is confirmed.
Signature experiences
For groupsGroup trips tailored each time. They carry no published rates and are not booked online. Write or call us from the package page and we come back with a proposal.
Optional services
Many packages come with extras you can add on top of the fixed programme: an extra excursion, a special dinner, an activity. You decide booking by booking.
Listed day by day
Every optional service shows the day it happens on, its price per person and a Details view: description, what is included and what is not.
Add them as you book
Tick the ones your clients want on the booking page and the total updates at once. Services marked Adults only are priced for the adults in the party alone.
Resell them at your price
In the client PDF you choose which optional services to show and set your own per-person price for each.
Good to know
Four languages
The portal and the package content are published in English, Italian, French and Spanish. Switch from the header; the itinerary you hand your client already speaks their language.
One partner, the whole trip
Hotels, transfers, guides and activities come as one operated product: one booking, one invoice, one team that actually runs the trip.
Your data stays yours
Bookings and documents are visible only to your agency account. Net rates are shown to signed-in, approved agencies and never on client-facing documents.
