Levi is a small resort village in Finnish Lapland, about 170 km north of the Arctic Circle. It is built around Levi Fell, the biggest ski area in Finland, with slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers. Everything is close together, so you can walk from your hotel to the lifts, restaurants, and shops. Winter here is long and snowy, lasting from about November to April. Besides skiing, you can ride a husky sled, meet reindeer, drive a snowmobile, or relax in a sauna. On clear nights, the northern lights often appear in the sky.
