Who we are

This portal is operated by European Destination Management Oy (Finnish Business ID 3428234-1), Korkalonkatu 2 L 9, 96100 Rovaniemi, Finland — the data controller for the personal data processed here. You can reach us at marko@eudmc.com or +358 50 557 8990.

What data we store

The portal is a business-to-business service for travel professionals. When you create a tour-operator account we store the details you provide: your name, work e-mail address, company name, phone number and country. When you submit a booking we additionally store the booking details: travel dates, the size and ages of the travelling party, the main passenger's name, and any notes you add. PDF documents you generate are stored privately under your account. Booking requests become quotations and bookings in our internal operations system, where they are handled by our team.

Why we process it

We process this data to operate your account, to price and confirm the trips you book, to deliver the booked services (which can require sharing traveller names and dates with the hotels and suppliers involved), and to meet our legal obligations such as bookkeeping. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service.

Statistics

We compile aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how the portal is used — such as page views, search activity and booking volumes — to improve the service. These statistics do not identify individual users, we build no personal profiles, and we never sell personal data.

Where and how long

All data is stored within the European Union (Amazon Web Services, Stockholm region). We use only essential, HttpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in — no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Account data is kept while your account is active; sign-ups that are never approved are deleted after 30 days; booking and accounting records are retained as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing, by writing to marko@eudmc.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
